Fettuccine really could use more sauce, portions are not in line with prices charged.

If you want a plate of spaghetti and I mean a plain plate because the tablespoon of tomato sauce was almost non existent, it was our 1st time there and for $15.50 we expected more and to start your meal you get a bowl of lettuce and yes I know that is a traditional Italian salad but, throw a tomato or 2 in there at least.In our opinion they have no idea what real Italian food taste like.

This cute little hometown cafe is the best! Everyone goes for the chicken & spaghetti, but I love the burger & onion rings!! YUM!!

Fried chicken and hand made spaghetti! The best sauce ever and a combo dinner if you can't decide. Chicken parmesan is swimming in boat of sauce and cheese! They have been there as long as I can remember. (40+ years)

Food was good, the wait staff is good. My family has been here many times and it's always good at breakfast, lunch and dinner. My family lives out of state but we will stop here again the next time we're passing through town.

Busy at lunch. Slower at night. Very good lunch specials. Good old fashioned home cooked meals. Large portions. I like the atmosphere here. Nothing fancy, comfortable atmosphere. Service staff is friendly, professional and on the ball. Looking for a home cooked meal at a good price. Look no further.

We had beans, cornbread, and onions.. very average.

I’ve grown up eating here, the last few times I’ve been the food that comes out of the kitchen is room temperature or cold. So I’m not sure that what they are making is fresh, or if it’s all microwaved. I don’t prefer to eat cold Italian food, when I tell the waitress instead of bringing me a fresh dish, they just go heat it in the microwave for me. Which I guess is better than eating it cold, but really when I go out to eat I hope to have fresh food. Waitresses usually have an attitude, my opinion is the place has gone down hill over the years. Quality of food as dropped greatly. This place used to be packed on a Friday night with people waiting outside, now you go on a Friday and there’s empty seats galore. They need to improve in these things or they will go out of business. There’s better places to eat in the area.

The lasagna was ok and the spaghetti was good. Slightly expensive for what it was.

Southern home cooking with Italian roots. The staff is super friendly, the portions are generous, and the pasta is made onsite. Be prepared to pay a little extra than the average pizza joint for a plate of pasta.

Mama Z's has been around a long time. It's family friendly, homestyle, and the food is really good. The pasta is homemade, so are the onion rings. The wait staff is friendly and will make you feel right at home. It's a bit of a drive to get there, but worth going.

I would die for mama Z. THAT BLESSED WOMAN DESERVES A NOBEL PRIZE. anyways, honestly the best pasta, bread, chicken sausage and salads ever! Family friendly

Breakfast is outstanding. It is a weekly tradition at our office to order a to-go order. Fast and great service!

A quaint little diner!! Prices are fair, food is good servers are good but spread thin one thing is if you love lemons they are cut really thin and when you ask for extra they only give you one extra. Still a nice place to eat though.

It was fine. Huge portions. The meal was good overall, though I wasn't a huge fan of the spaghetti noodles. Maybe I am simply not cultured enough to know what a good handmade spaghetti noodle is or should taste like, but they are made here and they are proud of them. Everything else was fantastic! Good sauce and cheese. Meatballs were good too.

The place has a decent Italian cusine, although in all honesty it is not authentic, but quite good. I really did enjoy the daily specials and the service is commendable. It is also a bit pricey. However, the salads served were just cabbage. Plain cabbage and nothing else, aside the dressing you are served with. One would have expected a decent addition of tomatoes, cucumbers or even carrots at least to make the salad more palatable.

The spaghetti and meatballs was really good. I love their fresh pasta.

You simply can't go wrong at Mama Z's for a quality Italian meal. The salads are consistently good, and the pasta and chicken dishes are the best! They even have a great burger! I'm always pleased with this restaurant, and it's location is convenient.

This place is absolutely fantastic! There is nothing bad to say. It is a small little building very personable. The waitresses are all so nice and sweet. The food is just amazing, I can not describe the quality of this food. Everything is completely homemade and not like the homemade and then frozen and thawed later but like literally they come in early and make it in the morning and you can definitely tell the difference. No other Italian restaurant I have had around here can compare. This is definitely not an olive garden this is good southern food

If your going to close at 8:30 - Then close at 8:30 ! After driving from Bentonville we arrived at 8:23. In our experience most restaurants still seat you until closing time. Our family loved to eat here and this was our first chance to visit since Covid-19 reopening. We made a point to support the restaurant by ordering take out during the take out only period. Even though the food in my opinion was not as good. Unfortunately for our family members it was too late to dine in. As it was yelled across the restaurant they were closed. NEVER AGAIN will we visit the restaurant or order from them again. Rude very rude.

One of the last great local restaurants in the NWA area. No pretense, just great authentic Italian food at a great price. The fried chicken and spaghetti is their claim to fame!

Had the lasagna. Not good had an off taste. Like pasta in a can. The food was great 2 years ago when ate here last. Paid too much for food not to be fresh.

Pros: Amazing pasta. The Alfredo and lasagna were fantastic. Excellent service. Huge portions. Even the small plate was more than enough food. Cons: Salad was just lettuce in a bowl with a cup of ranch. The cafe is not handicapped friendly. Getting through the double set of doors in a wheelchair was frustrating.

Fantastic food. Fantastic service. The food was absolutely perfect, and was reasonably priced for what you got. Fried chicken and pasta was great, and the bread was pretty delicious too! Seriously check this place out if you've never been. It's well worth it.
